Why would you not install them how they should be? There are 6 bolts on them for a good reason. They need 6 bolts. I would point in the direction of the @torqueboards bolt on 36t pulleys but the pain watching you try to set them up would probably give me a heart attack.

The problem is not just the bolts.
The two sides of the pulleys should interlock,something they were not doing as they were installed.

I was wrong… sell it all and buy a prebuilt. You seem to want to ride right away rather than taking the time to test and fix things. You could end up hurting yourself riding on a board with a lot of problems because you so badly want to ride

I ran out of bolts and therefore decided to just test with four

Which are great except they are 12mm would they work on a 15mm belt
Or would the belt break

I mean it could work temporarily but I’d imagine it makes your belts wear out quicker.
Also if your stuff’s not perfectly aligned that belts going to walk right off.
There’s probably not a whole lot to find through the search function on this because it’s not something most people would consider trying.

As in would it keep me going while a proper pulley is coming
I don’t know if I would ride it.
Something I would personally only result to for mocking up assembly while waiting on proper parts.
