The White Cat - I'm back build - LY Evo 40' / Exway hubs / p45b

So I received the new box today, it’s a tad smaller and much better looking than the previous one.
Also it has a filet in the upper part which perfectly fits the escs and hold it in place when I open it.

This specific case is suppoaed to be “waterproof” if you trust the seller’s description.
I don’t, but I expect it to be somehow splash resistant.
I’m going to install a couple of cable glands (as soon has they arrive) on the small size,
I don’t know where to put the on-off switch, it’s pretty easy to trigger,

Would it be safer on the side or on the top ?

(There is four time as much velcro as there was on the first box, I hope it doesn’t move now XD)

Small update :

Splatch-proof, flourishing, in its lane

Meat is back on the menu guys : got some p45b, I’ll probably still achieve the first p45b build on the forum :ok_hand:

Curious to see how you like them. I’d love a small p45B pack for a short board. Skyart’s MagneticRS+ is 18s6p using P45B as well

I’m planning on using them with @SimosMCmuffin 's solderless pack, we’ll see how it behaves

I’ve had my small batch of P45B waiting for a while now, the spot welder should be here in the next couple of days for a short board pack

Went for a ride, It’s punchier than my p42a battery, definitely, and almost no sag even at the end of the cycle.
Got me 18.5km (second mtre pro, Google maps give me one more km I think I still haven’t dialed the wheel size/magnet ratio perfectly) when my p42a gives me 14ish
(I went a bit hard on the P45b went down to 3.40v average)
Which is more than the 15÷ expected.
Probably because the sag kills it on the p42a (also I don’t usualy drive it this low)
