You must!!!

Welp time to sell all those P42As I got
Wow, $11/cell for 100+ Qty
That is pricy. Maybe the price will come down over the next year and they will be discounted on Black Friday.
Or 2sec google search

strange that the price is so much better in the EU, but this doesn’t do much for us in the states.
Strange in deed normally pay much more for every thing over here good to see there’s some balance for a change.
Who are the go to retailers for these cells?
Try www.liionwholesale.com and www.18650batterystore.com. There are certainly others but these two are the ones I trust the most.
Just ordered a 12s4p pack with these cells, very much looking forward to seeing it perform
Going to try and pick up 50 later for a 12s4p pack. Assuming spiderbatterysystems is willing to make a pack with the battery I buy.
I’m limited to a single stack with 12s4p, so I want to get the most out of it.
Any canadains want to do a group buy?
Haha, beat me by a few seconds.
Oh no. My battery pack only charges to 95%. Time to find P45B’s.
In Australia.
I live an hour from 18650 battery store and I can order cells at 8pm and have them at my door before I wake up. Its really nice.
But yeah they’re great and 100% trusted by me
Have been running a 12s4p p45b pack for 100km and so far so good.
Usually charging at 4A.
Have went 6A with no noticeable heat from pack.
Running 20A per cell, per motor (40A each side).
Going to bump it to 30A per cell, although tempted to push it to 32A or 33A to hit my theoretical desired battery:phase amp ratio.
@Battery_Mooch would 32A per cell be okay, or is that putting lots (noticeable) of stress/wear over running them at 30A?
You should be good with even higher if you keep the “battery amps” at 30 per cell. (Would be 60 in settings).
Unless you were taking about battery amps to start with. In that case you would still probably be good as you aren’t gonna be pulling that for more than a couple seconds at a time and I believe his ratings are for continuous and not peak.
Aiming for 65A per side in a duel drive setup.
Don’t want to push the battery too much though. Ideally I would be using a 12s5p, but can’t fit that.
IMO there won’t be any practical/noticeable differences between the aging/damage that 30A causes versus 32A or 33A.
