Spring has sprung and this board has been put back together!
I installed @ricco’s TelTail Lighting system and have been absolutely loving it.
Super bright, lots of programmable options, and easy installation with good documentation to follow.
After popping yet another tire, I figured I’d tear everything apart and see how things look under the hood. I’m roughly at 1000 miles on this board now.
Road dust cleaned
Moar grease!
Tire cleaned, tube replaced, hub filed even more, fingers crossed.
Zero visible damage or deforming on the gears @moon bug

Never seen any grease leak out which is part of what made me think I should add a bit. We’ll see what happens in another 1000 miles maybe 
Is the other way around. The concern is shit going in NOT coming out haha
Phew adding the grease made it a fair bit quieter under load. I noticed I was turning heads at less of a distance.
