I got a baby enclosure.
I am still have a smidge of a struggle between 12S5P or 12S6P.
I am really leaning towards 12S5P to save on those couple pounds of weight…
Plan is to mount the heatsink on the out of the enclosure. And only cutout a hole the size of the Unity…
Props again to @Venom121212 for that jewel of an idea.
Next up I need to do some digging around here to see the cool new ways you kids are attaching these encosures to the deck.
Such a cutie! I think with the lid space and no esc, I could have gotten away with that one. The big box doesn’t look ideal but I have yet to hit it with either of my legs so it’s functionally correct. That heat sink looks good on there.

I think it is a perfect fit.
But am excited to have the slightly lower profile one on the Haero.
Don’t tighten the bolts too much, the inserts aren’t very strong and will fail. I stopped trusting mine (same exact box from amazon) and use a big velcro strap around it to make sure the lid stays on.
I’ll be using apache cases for now on even though I like the look of this box a lot.
yeah, I feel you here. they definitely weren’t made for esk8 type of throwing around…
I love the look of these boxes… and especially this baby one… hope this one holds up.
I really want to hydrodip one of these boxes sometime but corners can look so odd if it’s a pattern at all. In organic pattern could look cool though.
Bindings coming?
welp. I can’t find any New F5’s to buy.
For the time being, I will steal the F5’s from the Tow Truck.
and I am slapping some cheap velcro bindings from Amazon on the tow truck…
I even have heel straps sitting in a shelf I plan on bolting on here…
That will be an adjustment.

Just slapped some on to see and I don’t love it… But I also don’t hate it…
To me it is kinda neat how it shows all the imperfections…
But i may do some real light Sanding on top.

It’s kinda silly to try to pretty up this board since I’m going to take it on the dirt…
The Tow Truck is looking at me from 5 feet away begging for a cleaning…
But whatever. It is part of the fun right…
Yep and it was clean on the flux I think idk I cleaned the hell out of the top before applying it. def got some little imperfections highlighted by the red vinyl I applied. the faux carbon didn’t show them as bad.
