Are you sure you wired it correctly? Does it show the same voltages when you measure it with your multi meter?

Did you connect the main battery - to the BMS? (Not the balance leads one, but the b- )

no i have connected c- yet do i have to?

thought it should read normal values for the moment still?

Dont need to have the c- connected for reading the correct cell voltages

Should jump up 3.5v every step

ah no sorry havent wired b- yet

Yeah this needs to be connected because the BMS gets confused somehow if it isn’t

ah cheers @sebas used your thing and found the dead group

one of the bms leads was torn slightly and i hadnt noticed. gonna reattach and then put together thanks a lot

So is the p group actually dead?

Someone needs to call his parents. I’m only half joking here. I’m worried.

nope the p group was fine just the lead was a bit dead

all good now thanks a lot

protecting the pack now and then heat shrinking

Take a picture and show it to us before u pack it up.
Someone needs to check this visually at least :fire:
