Took apart a Chi battery CBSP 15S1P 30A pack for onewheel +XR.
I like the strip design. The extra relief cuts look like they will help decrease contract resistance.
Typical hot glue bonding. Once I started pulling off the fiber tape it did not hold together because of the unique layout.
Four RTD’s. They each have a piece of silcone pad, I guess to improve contact. I just use thermal paste.
Pull test. Looks good.
Looks pretty good electrically. Could use more structure. It’s really just held together with fiber tape.
