That second B- does not look well soldered.
There should be 3 connections to a BMS. B-, C- and P-
B- goes to the battery negative.
C- goes to the charge port negative
P- goes to the ESC negative.
P- is what you want to change. Disconnect it and connect the battery to the ESC directly.
No it can’t just be cut. It has to be changed.
Change from drawing “A” to drawing “B”. Note that the drawing shows a BMS where P- and C- are the same port.
