hmm urethane wheels that will fit on mtb axles… done right it would require a big core that can house the 28mm bearings used with 12mm axles… with thick soft urethane like a tb110 wheel

Do you have capability for making carbon fiber deck? I mean full carbon fiber with foam core, not carbon fiber wrapped wood.

Yes. But it need mould. We work with many carbon fibre for our car project.

How much do you estimate a mold be for a deck? Heated mold in the 2-3k range? Or more?

We use prepreg CF so it need mould and then bake in autoclave. I need see file first.
