Because I remember that back in the day you were looking for cheap trucks. Callibers are around 20usd used. TB218 that are in a good state go for around 60-80 USD used. I think this is one is on you hahah.

It is normal. USPS buys storage at passenger planes. But the last months only cargo is flying. So you need to use UPS, DHL express, TNT and so on.
