Awww we are battery bag bros
Haha was it your build I stole the idea from? Forgot who’s build it was, just remember asking someone for a link really nice case though!
What’s up bitches, I’m back.
Spent some good quality time with the family, went to DisneyWorld and all. Wife and I realized we see each other too much now, so back to me boarding .
Planning a beast of a build. Apparently didn’t learn my lesson of having a powerful board and getting hurt, so now it’s going to be a lot more powerful. Thanks in part to @Skyart peer pressuring me to go 18s
Specs:
MTB BUILD
Can’t wait to share the final product, I’m getting excited to build it!
13T motor pulley seems really low; that mount only has 1 idler I believe, so you might get belt slippage
That’s what I thought at first, that’s why I went with 20mm belts hoping to solve that issue. Hoping it works out, otherwise I’ll have to go to 14t
Gonna be one hell of a torquey build if you pull it off!
Hell yeah, that’s the goal haha.
Welcome back!
What! I was there last week. Good to have you “back” though you never left our hearts.
New build list looks really nice
Hot as hell down there, but it was fun! Kids enjoyed it for sure.
I do 14 /72 on IdeaTB.
15mm belts.
Has been PERFECT.
12/72 had some skipping…
That gives me hope that 13/72 on 20mm will work! Haha
Insane build to be it looks like !
Are you using the deck and some parts of the previous board or starting from 0 ?
Man it feels good to be back. Finally finished her up, and she rides like a dream.
Did a short ride and took it slower than usual since I haven’t been on a board in awhile, but wow. 18s is no joke, but so much fun at the same time.
I’m loving the 9” tires. I thought they would make turning noticeably more difficult, but with these Apex Airs, it feels the same as 8” to me. I don’t know, we’ll see how they perform on off road trails, but so far they’re great!
@Skyart was a big help with this build and also supplied about half of the parts, so thank you!
That’s come out really nice dude, well done
Break a leg bro!
too soon?
you’re horrible
