As a live event will not be possible due to time zones, I’d say let’s go that way.
There will be a creative break till next week Friday 11.2.22. @Venom121212 @ShutterShock @Pickled_Monkey that’s the time you get to practice and get creative with tricks that outperform the competition.
@Pickled_Monkey will setup the first trick.
Each trick will need to be shown by the other two guys within a day.
Please speak with each other and setup an internal deadline which does give all of you enough time to do the trick and upload a video.
Depending on your work time I would be ok to extend to two days for one trick. Everybody should have the opportunity to do the trick after work. Everything else wouldn’t be fair.
Hope everybody is fine with this idea and I’m looking forward for some sweet combos the following week!

It’s all up to you guys. Only 3 left and it should be easy to organize everything in this small group. If you all think it’s better to have a bit of a break till the finals I’m totally cool with it.

Your idea sounds pretty good, except all of my tricks will be in the dark bc I get off work at 5:15 and it gets dark at 5:30
So that will be annoying but it works
It’s going to be hard to think of all these new ones and make it something that’s not been done before haha but should be fun

i’d say old tricks are aloud but all clips must be new?
also say i broke a motor mount or something could i duct tape the broken bit on the deck so i can still compete or must i have it totally running?
and @Andy87 could we get a prize pool so we know whats up for grabs?

the amount these mounts have gone through i’m sure they want to get there own back
yes and no, the 2 weeks is now two days, alot less time and you’d still need to preform the trick again (the first may have been 1 out of 30 tries or something)
i think @SabreDynamics might also have stuff

@NullBlox is adding a set of bearing spacer for mbs hubs for place 1-5. for place one there will be deck, made by him. Pictures of the deck are somewhere more up in this chat.
@SabreDynamics will add either a panel mount pro, Sabre blades or x braces for place one. The winner can choose one of this three items.
@ApexBoards will as well add a prize. It’s not yet fixed what exactly thou.

Seriously, depending on the trick it doesn’t matter if the board is not fully running. The general idea is still to have an e-MTB. So removing the motors and the battery because it „broke“ doesn’t count

Right, and part of that is having the extra weight. So if a motor breaks, I support the duct tape idea.
This sounds like fair game to me but I would prefer going by inches not some other random measurement.
I’m for all four letters but I think we need to set a hard cutoff time for when a trick needs to be submitted, and if you miss it without saying anything or proving you did your attempt within the time, you automatically get a letter. Like normal, except more strict I guess.
Normal “HORSE” or “SKATE” you only get one attempt to do the trick, but since this is different, I feel like this is a good option

I’m down to just do an Ollie over competition to finish it. Weather is getting really sketchy here so riding time and space is limited. I can Ollie in the street when it’s clear.
