Why not though? Just curious why we don’t employ “part time mods”. Like every open chat in the internet has user mods in form of trustworthy members.

I feel like lots of the mods had a conflict of interest which may explain their actions, specifically with their own esk8 businesses. If I understood correctly, sender and manner were both mods at one point?
If mods are considered, there have to be strict guidelines for choosing them that include
-making sure there’s no conflict of interest
-A requirement for a lot of forum time
-a history of good behaviour with the community
among other things
