Stooge Raceboards Web-Store Up

Thanks Moe! And thank again for the custom size. It looks great in the vid, can’t wait to see it when I grab it tomorrow (car was frozen in ice today).

Will be hitting up a parking garage ASAP.

@esk8windsor Check the braking %. if they feel heavy for trail braking on turn entry, you can turn them down.

We built a Big wheel MLR and Put the new SRB trucks on track last night at I2S. We started out with full turn adjustments and sent 8 riders out to make laps. We took @RedBeardTorgo and made 30 seconds of steering adjustmens to the front and rear truck removing 14 deg from the front and 10deg out of the rear.
We then had the 8 riders make laps on the 30 second truck angle adjustments.

Attributes:
For use on -Flat to 35deg nounting surfaces
On road or off road. (Trussed hanger center support section)
Hanger center positioned to the end of the baseplate mounting surface for reduced wheel bite.
Run motors inboard or outboard.
Adjust thrust angle
Sets steering angle in seconds
Bushing changeout in under 5 minuites
All hanger attatchments set on keyway. (Threaded hanger gone)

It has been an amazing ride for SRB with the 3-link over the years. Lightening has struck twice. Our new precesion spherical adjustable truck has moved the bar for SRB yet again.

Curious what decks are being used in testing?

Nevermind realized you mentioned MLR

looks interesting, did you make any changes to the drivetrain or is the stock ratio being used atm? How’s the acceleration post swap, or is the main focus with this setup to be a testbed for the truck functionality?

I saw in your last post about the new trucks that the new gen would be foregoing the threaded hangers we’ve seen on previous three links but it seems these are still using threaded hangers, is that because these are using some variant of the larger threaded hangers we’ve seen on the big wheel boards? Or is this purely just a part of the prototyping where it was easier to source a threaded hanger than an unthreaded, will this be a variant that you hope to eventually bring fully to market (either selling under SRB or through Meepo directly)?

Looking back at the post I noticed you mentioned this new “spherical adjustable truck” is this potentially something along the lines of what we saw the SE1 using on the skateboardselectric trucks?

Seriously was so fun. Everyone at intro really enjoyed riding it. And I think everyone was blown away at how comfortable and grippy the tires were too.

Turning radius is impressive!

A little more time on it and I’m sure I could get it slightly smaller too. Only about 15-20 minutes on this board maybe before trying that out. No binding as well always makes it tricky and I really wanted to see how tight I could get it without putting a puck down at first.

More CST riding footage.

CST is already cemented into my brain as Cheng Shin Tires. I don’t know what to do with that information, but I just had to say it.

I keep thinking CST tires the whole time too …

At least it wasn’t Momentum….

I always see Central Standard Time when I see CST on the tires haha. Working with people in multiple time zones I guess skewed how I see read it.
