Hubs are finally here - going to take a couple days to QA everything and figure out whats going in each of your orders, then I’ll start shipping the orders that were already paid this weekend. If you havent paid yet, shoot me a DM or I’ll get to ya whenever i have the time

Gotta go get a bench vice and 3d print some jigs to install bearings and the centering rings for those of you that ordered hubs with the bearings, but the assembly station looks nice atleast lol
Also, just realized i may not have updated on this - all hubs will come with 5x M4x0.7 15mm (MBS pulley mount pattern, or SR125 pattern mount), and 4x M5x0.8 20mm (BRP wheel to hub), all in black coated grade 12.9 stainless hardware - and at no additional cost to you 
I’m also considering including one 3d printed drill guide with every order for those of you that want to drill out the BRP wheels into the 8 bolt hole pattern (you will need to source the four additional M4x0.7 20mm bolts yourself though)

Just a quick teaser of an assembled hub with some pulleys thrown on.
I’ll be designing and making the 8 hole drill guides tonight, and then also making some 3d printed jigs to make pressing the bearings and centering rings a bit easier (its doable without them using just a flat surface and a bit of elbow grease, but having alignment jigs makes it way easier for you) I would still recommend using a press/vice if you have one, but its not necessary. Other than that, assembly is on track to start shipping out this weekend!

So, unfortunate update here - The factory didn’t correct the centering ring dimensions to the revised drawing i sent, so the fitment with the BRP hubs isn’t as it should be. I’ll unfortunately be delaying shipment until the corrected centering rings can be made, apologies for the project taking so long.

Updated centering rings are here! I need to install a set and abuse test it to make sure the tolerances are on point, so hopefully starting to ship by end of this week. Thanks for the patience!

This is insanely awesome. What would you change on the next version? If you released it as a build plan, you’d probably get a lot of people that would buy it and built it themselves.
Not sure to be honest. Maybe the bracket design, and targeting duality trucks instead of these SR TKP’s. As for a build plan, i’m not too sure what people would get out of it, you’d need a lot of custom work even if i released all of the files haha.
Alright, so the new centering rings seem good, tolerances are nice and they work perfectly - HOWEVER
You will likely need a vice to press the centering rings into the hubs, and because most peoples vices will have the rough textured jaws, and i don’t want my pretty 7075 aluminum getting marred up in the process, i’ve designed some 3d printed jigs to help hold the centering ring and hub without scratching them. This should help with alignment too, but obviously you do need to still be mindful as you’re installing. Because unfortunately, my margins are thinner than my dick after everything else and my vendetta against a certain person, i can’t 3d print them for you, so i’ve attached the files below here. Print it as solid as you can, PETG is what i used, but PLA should work fine as well. These should be an easy fit into the hub for the rear tool, and a snug fit for the front tool to the centering ring (to help hold it in while you’re positioning, because things like un-magnetized screwdrivers piss me off to no end)

Next thing i’m going to figure out is packaging, for much of the same reasons as before - these hubs are pretty, and i want to keep them that way lol.

I’m gonna package the centering rings with a paper roll packaging and the hubs in bubble wrap. For those of you that ordered with bearings and spacers, I’ll see if i have time to install them for you.

Apologies all, forum was down earlier this week - first couple have gone out. (Simpler orders with just the hubs first) Still struggling to find time to ship stuff out with my work schedule, but this Friday is my off Friday so I’ll have more going out soon.
