Nothing BUT VESC was not your identity you bought it then aggressively and dirty go after every one for the profit.
Trampa is your identity but you plastered VESC on the Wand useing it as a noun with voiding you TM. That’s how the Judge would see it if it was taken to cought. Yet you continue to send threatening emails and plaster the forum in bad faith
In summary it’s the way you Frank @Trampa pick some parts to enforce and ignore other parts of TM and law that I object to claiming it’s for the benefit of the project when in fact it’s about profit.
When some one says TB VESC there is no confusion with the Tramp VESC 6/ mkiii etc. Yet you bang on about the confusion and send threatening emails trying to close them down that some times works then 6 months later if there susefull Prais them for what thay added to the project.
At this stage the profit goes pretty much 100% into R&D and new VESC products, new software, new things that would not happen if there would be no funding. Look at all the improvements we have seen in the last 3 years.
And VW and GM and all the other car brands and clothing brands also plaster their brand onto their products. Nothing wrong about that.
