That moment when I power everything on… and nothing happens for two power cycles.

And then I try again and it works… and it still works every time after that

what the hell is happening here :sob: :joy:

the capacitors were hungry. now they’re full, and pass the pixies to the rest of the ESC’s

All conections sound? do you have an AS or just a loopkey?

loopkey with the proper connectors

You were joking but… it might be it? :joy:

And before someone comes at me about the motor leads, don’t bother :expressionless:

How long were your power cycles?

5 seconds for the first, 10 for the second.

Once I plugged it in again tho it just came to life right away

gonna try again with the esc splitter now…

and it works without a hitch… do I dare jiggle cables in search of a short?

I think there should be a PSA about not using qtips to conformally coat :joy: . I feel like there was a thin connection somewhere that was shorting, but eventually burned out.

I dont smell anything though

The wires work in any positiion so its wasnt a bad solder joint

Ill just take the W and not question it anymore.

Super big ups to @pookybear who saved the day :+1:

Did a 6ish mile sprint starting off at 40v, my consumption is so high because the damn boosted drivetrain. And even while it’s tight as fuck, it still skips a little on the left side.

It’s finally done :weary:

Ps the davega values are off cuz I havnt bothered to correct them

Looks great, and your moonbeams are backwards :joy:

Lol good eyes… I just kinda threw them on. The nuts I use don’t even lock in place with the moonbeams so they’re essentially useless :joy:

Ps you’ve never sent me a photo of your Ye underwear, I’m collecting on a promise

I’ll be rewiring and swapping parts on this board next week, and will put in a METR module for those who want logs instead of davega values for the NEObox testing.

As of now it’s out of commission :man_shrugging:t2:

Totally taking this build from a 7 to a 10

How much abuse did you put it through? My main board runs printed pulleys and they don’t even show any sign of wear yet

Bruh… thats literally nothing, you can ride any part for 12 miles and sell it as new

If you didn’t have 110mm wheels I would have picked the Maytechs becase they offer more clearance, but otherwise a more narrow truck would suit your deck better I think.

I’ll be running TB 220 trucks anyways :man_shrugging:t2:

Thanks for the vote though
