How many wires do you need to run? Just pos and neg of battery?
I would router a really shallow channel for each braid just to locate it and then epoxy on one layer of surfboard cloth to lock it in. Check out @b264 conductor current thread to see if there is a braid there that suits, or just search the web for 100a braid.
I think it would be neat if the braid was raised slightly to give you a bit of w concave sorta thing. And if you were worried about the braid being too locked into the epoxy and possibly breaking then shrink wrapping the braid seems like a good idea…
I’m gonna fully set mine in and straight epoxy fill with glass over the top.

If you were worried, use heat shrink… resin is pretty impenetrable tho.
