I need new shoes; I broke my nonslips and don’t like going over 30 in my boots. Still haven’t bothered to grab the metr code out of it. Did figure out that my infinity hubs have the same mounting pattern as these 3ds hubs though. Gonna try 6-8 inch tires on here when I heal up from flipping over that damn kids bike xD

Yeah I had the same problem. The only thing that worked was using a different version of the app which doesnt ask for a code.

I believe there is AS5047 encoders housed in the shiny aluminium housings in the ends of the motors.
