My ex-wife and baby momma is getting married. This is the second time I got the I got engaged news from her.
The first time I said âcongratulations,im so happy for youâ I WASNT,i hated her BF and promptly threatened him at my kids birthday party, showing him pics from work" this is where id put a body, eve a big one(him 6â5",me 6â1") like you if you ,if I ever see a bruise on her", look on his face was PRICELESS,because mine was stone cold, he KNEW I meant it . This time around im very happy for her.
in life when we take the high road and say the right thing, even if we dont feel it, I think we grow as a person. I wanted to say âI hate that sorry excuse for a manâ, and it was still too raw for me I wanted to say âdont choke saying in sickness and health or death do us partâ character building comes in fits and starts, its not a flat curve, not for me. I have done things I havenât been proud of, I have hurt people in anger, frustration , telling her I was happy for her was the right thing and I was proud I choked it out, anything else id say would have been seen as bitterness.
if you divorce the mother of your children(not my choice at ALL) view them as your kids mom, not your Ex wife, it helps, focus on your children, the best "revenge " for me was proving I was a good man and a great dad. I still am the standard her mom judges everyone of her boyfriends by, to this day. I had to tell her mom to give this guy a chance.

People are not possessions, and none of us are guaranteed that feelings will never change. I helped my ex to move in with her new boyfriend after she broke up with me, and weâre still friends. (The guy was honestly awesome and we had zero drama in the transition.) Navigating the ups and downs of relationships doesnât have to be an exercise in negativity.

yes, my divorce was something out of a Steven king novel. she is a good woman, I think she had post partum depression and I had childhood trauma I was in denial about I was/am hard to live with
to have been so close with some one and feel so negative about them is so un healthy . I was cheated on, and had so many hard feelings.Just about beat her lover to death, broke both hands on his head . after that I used to go to a bar, drink for an hour, then pick a fight with the first bully I encountered(ultimately I was the first bully I encountered, but kicking my ass was hard) if I had not FORCED my self to forgive her and move on ,well im pretty sure it would have killed me, and robed me of the joy of the best thing Iâve ever done, raising my kids to the best of my ability,self reflection is an an important skill, if you dont like what you find, change it.
ONCE YOU HAVE KIDS,ITS NOT ABOUT YOU ANYMORE. MY kids and sense of obligation to them saved my life, no doubt.

Clavicle nonunion, itâs been trying to break on through to the other side for 23 years. Itâs got 12 hours to get busy birthing or get gone, at 10:30 itâs getting cut out and straightened, pretty sure some bondO and JB weld are involved, and Iâm going to ask for a flame job on the titanium bits (RAINBOW!)

I managed to escape by having a neighbor pose as my ride(he was at work) told him to say im on the, way⊠im here. then I just stood up and said, i see him! I started walking to protests, I turned and looked at the dude and said" bro im fine,im out of here 
,dont you see my ride waving at me(nods head infaticly) and never stoped walking

my olde ball and chain feels awful 
she cant be here, there was a cancellation, I got 12 hours notice I was having the surgery, im telling her post op instructions were for sex every 2 hours till i passed out. shoulders are fucked,so picked up some chicks in the Home Depot parking lot
