They never worked on board, since beginning they made problem to connect with USB/ BT and Flipsky have really bad warranty and service.

Please change the subcategory of this sales thread as you were instructed when creating it.
Did you try other USB ports, did you check the other COMM ports, have you removed the corresponding COMM port from the device manager and let it reinstall itself after reconnecting?
