Yes I did originally say I would let the funds wait until a future model. If we can agree on this, then you could agree that a replacement deck was not reserved for me. Unless you are saying that you already started making the new model…which obviously wouldn’t make sense.
As I have already explained in the messages, and shown you proof, did not tell PayPal that I didn’t receive a deck. I told them I did and it was broken so it was sent back. The part that you cropped and sent me saying “deck not received” was the category that they made me choose since I do not currently have a product in hand. Directly under the part you cropped out, there was a long message clarifying that the deck was received and send back. Rather than acknowledging this, you called me a liar.
Like I said, if you stand by what your claiming, just agree that I can post our private messages here so the community can make a choice for themselves

Not true. As I explained to you yesterday, until the case was escalated, there was no damage to your account reputation. I even agreed not to post this here if you would just return my money. Had we come to an agreement before the case was escalated, there would have not been any marks on your account. I thoroughly explained to you that I had explained the case in detail to PayPal and that you had time to make things right.
I’m not going to go back and forth with you here about me making false claims to PayPal. I’ve explained to you repeatedly that the “item not received” is the category but you keep trying to fall back on that and make me out to be a liar

In the end, PayPal is going to refund me. I have proof that the deck was broken and sent back. So I’m confident that I will eventually see my money again.
Just to clarify, I tried to approach this reasonably. Since I don’t have anything in my possession and he’s already made it clear that I was not to receive a replacement, this whole headache could have been avoided by simply refunding me for the deck. I wouldn’t have even said anything here but…

Sorry friend. But you change you mind 3 times. Is spring festival here and we deal with this virus, I take my time to reply to you away from family. You choose to make problem and call me unprofessional. If you accept the replacement deck first time like you ask then is no problem, but you change again and again.
I’ll agree with you partially there. You could logically say I changed my mind twice. I decided not to get a replacement deck and to wait for the next model. Then I decided that instead of letting the funds remain with you until the next model, I wanted a refund instead of waiting for a deck that I’ve never seen.
In the end it doesn’t matter how many times the situation changes. What counts is the agreements that we settle on. You agreed that I would wait for a future model and not to make a replacement. Now your whole argument is your claim that you were in fact planning to send me a replacement. If you had kept to the final agreement there would be no replacement deck and no reason to not refund the money.
It’s basically it except that when I lost faith in this deck, Jeff agreed that a new one would not be sent. If when I had asked to not have a replacement sent, he said no you can’t do that, I would have accepted it. But he agreed so here we are.
His reason that he can’t refund me is that he already started making a replacement deck which wasn’t supposed to be made in the first place
