The cards will fall where they fall :man_shrugging:

Just remember, some of the most hated thieves and non-deliverers in the esk8 community still delivered plenty of fine shit early on. I have 2 batteries from hyperion and 2 unities that I bought VERY EARLY IN THEIR RELEASES.

Everything is fine until it isn’t :upside_down_face:

My hubs were stuck in HK but today moved to JP. Fedex says eta 3 days.

I love drama but my gut says Jeff in Jeff, and I feel bad. But there’s definitely some cause for concern!

ā€œin dubio pro reoā€ i’d say. And in case this is all bullshit and Jeff innocent (apart from posting the paypal info, which was not the smartest move I have to admit) : How must it feel for someone who did a lot over the past months, in this special case he allegedly even pays much more than usual due to Corona (which I believe) if it comes prematurely to paypal dispute/refund out of nothing? I’d be angry and disappointed for sure. Just my two scents.

Look at it from the other hand, you are me now.

You gave someone $500, for a set of Neo hubs and a pair of VESC6. Someone comes to you with strong evidence Jeff is either Jed or is working with Jed. What do you do? You have about 2 weeks left on paypal to file a dispute. Do you wait for confirmation of shipment or do you file the dispute and once they ship lift the dispute, because I think everyone commenting would feel different if you had a reasonable amount of money on the line.

The drama that followed was regrettable, and unnescesary and was nothing I wanted any hand in. I just want to know the truth and if the stuff I paid for is gonna arrive or not. If it is then all good, but how can I be sure right now? For all I know he could just bolt now never to be seen again as has happened so many times before. Maybe I’m just over cautious, but it’s only a paypal dispute guys, it can be released if all is well.

I really was hoping to resolve this in private.

that make me sick … and it’s a REAL case ! Not like here (or yet) …

no … I would prefer too

I was pretty confident to order from him seeing everybody happy with him but …
In less than a month, it will be a YEAR (yes 365 days !!!) that I had pay something and get the wrong item without problem-solving (and that takes more than 4 months to come in my hand. It was not backorder. And he told me himself a month after the order, I will get the good one and soon!). And there is no COVID or worldwide problem!!!

Stop posting those pics :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

I’m not feeding this drama fest any more dude. I think the people that are running this forum now have a remit to do some proper investigation work and confirm independently what’s what.

There was no need for any of this public stuff, everyone that is feeling sorry for Jeff has to realise it was Jeff that made it public. This could have all been resolved in private as it should have been and nobody here would have known.

Yeah, I hope so ! I would like to be a strong Anonymous to return the internet to know what really is ! ^^

Yeah they did, and then it was a whole fiasco because people were dropping out that they werent able to hit MOQ anymore, but they were ā€˜committed to keeping the GB going and the prices the same’

All of this because of a conspiracy theory? Seems as though people could benefit from spending more time on their skateboard and less time on the computer. And as for the ā€œJeff brought this on himselfā€ defense. I feel that is a reprehensible response to something that could have been flagged and moved on/away from. Let’s not forget what provoked Jeff’s action. A PayPal dispute fueled by potentially false allegations. Two wrongs don’t make a right but we can understand the second wrong a little easier. I, for one, believe every word of what @Winfly has to say. He has zero skin in the game and even was ripped off(waiting for BOA wheels for over a year) by Jed/Boa

Any continuance is not only taking aim at @jeffwuneo but also calling @Winfly a Liar which I will not do

Do you feel vendors should publicize such data as paypal disputes?
Let’s say I file a PayPal dispute for whatever reason with @moon, does he have a right to make a forum post about it?

It’s a fact that there is some tie between Jeff and Jed boards, you not accepting facts as evidence doesn’t mean the facts aren’t evidence. Jeff has been asked for a very simple proof of ID, not to be made public but in private, and has so far not responded. That’s all it takes to make this go away.

This is also pretty interesting…

More coincidences keep on coming. Not one thi g by itself. But when everything is put together it does raise serious questions.

Jeff has done it twice now tbf.

I personally haven’t had any paypal disputes yet. if there is an issue, message each other privately.

Maybe someone with a deck could send a picture of it in the same straight down way that is taken? They are definitely similar, but the nose shapes are different and the enclosures are different. Plus the tail on the Neo deck is fatter then the tail on the Jed…

My friend was looking to get bamboo decks made in china and almost all the places had a similar deck to that.

It’s really just a common design I guess?

First of all. No, I don’t condone publicizing private data. As I stated above. Two WRONGS don’t make a right.

But, to play ā€œdevils advocateā€ here. Jeff was not unprovoked. Was a paypal dispute the right thing to do in the first week of shipping? I can’t even get an amazon prime package for 2 weeks right now.

We get to bash vendors all day but should we also have free reign as customers? Not having to answer for our actions?

He had 2 weeks left to make a dispute for a considerable amount of money.
The prudent thing is make the dispute then if the items show up return the money.
I would have done the same even without all the other information.
