I don’t think anything of it. I just this forum can have pretty high expectations. I will not comment on the neobox events since I simply don’t know enough about it. My previous comments in this thread were misunderstood at best, asshole behavior at worst.
My only concern is to point out that the stormcore is still unproven. I sincerely hope it is everything people hope. Of course I do. I’m just preaching caution to those already heralding the stormcore as the perfect esc. Don’t count your chickens before they hatch. That’s all
I guess it was a minor red flag when preorders for production begin before people even got the test batch.
There is also stories of people who had fucked decks he wasn’t keen on fixing too when there was issues which fell through the cracks of the pure size of these threads Again another bit of a red flag.
I wouldn’t consider that the red flag, but instead that the production run started before us beta testers were able to give a full and fair assessment of the hardware.
I agree the deck thing was strange but he showed promise to a few US customers that he would replace the decks and fix his packaging issue.
Unfortunately we’re here now though, so you have a point there.
