Pro tip: If you get weird rattling sound from your Savage1 TKP Trucks, check the crossbar bolts.
I’ve been scratching my head about the rattling for maybe two weeks. It was getting worse and I wasn’t able to find out where it’s coming from. Nothing felt loose. I couldn’t find any loose bolt. When I hit the truck with a mallet the sound seemed to be coming from the axle. I really started feeling nervous about it so today I decided to take apart, thoroughly inspect and re-assemble the whole drivetrain. I obviously didn’t start the disassembly by removing the crossbar since that would be too easy. 
Being half-way through it, I finally stumbled upon those loose rattling bastards hiding in the crossbar counterbore holes. Probably the only bolts I didn’t check since they are out of sight and I completely forgot I have them. Not sure how they managed to come loose. I have definitely put loctite on them and I believe I tightened them fairly firmly.
Anyway, another mystery solved. My trucks are perfect again.

I got overzealous tightening those screws and stripped a couple of the heads. Hopefully mine rattle out too

Thanks for tip and feedback. I think a few others have noticed this as well. Blue loctite would be good. That said, I feel I should open up the diameter of the counter bore for the m3 screw to accept a lock washer. The current counter bore is 5.7mm in the bar. A standard lock washer is 6.2 OD. I will do this on my existing ones.

Or make a slot there the threads were and slide a lock nut in the slot

They are referring to where the handle, or stabilizer bar connects to the end of the motor mounts.
Just remove the axle slot

I did blue loctite on mine and they still got loose after hard riding in NYC after approx 60-70 miles. So im going to do red loctite on the handbar screws when i re-assemble it tonight. I also ordered extra m3 x 10mm screws to test.
