Yeah, i get it, the way he handled the first chargeback and this whole situation is quite shitty.
Now about his products, what i’m worried about is that all of this sittuation snowballs to Jeff not being able to deliver (due to the chargebacks), and so we lose what looks like good products from a vendor that is quite active and listen to the community, and we probably won’t ever be able to know if those were indeed as good as planned.
I am on the second neoBox batch, and honestly up until now i had no worries about not receiving them, now with everything that’s going on i wouldn’t be suprised that everything goes to shit.

This is what I think, Jeff needs to push through this and deliver and then he can be judged on his products. However there are people that will never buy from him now. We do need cheap VESC’s, badly, so there is a place for an honest vendor that can provide that.

To be clear for neoONE deck, only 5 deck from more than 30 we send now have crack which we send replacement. People are angry and upset because I lie about knowing this person, but we not here to do wrong. I am sorry for lie.

Running a business isn’t easy at all. That’s why i simply don’t. Despite i had the funds/knowledge/ethics at some point. I know how difficult it is.
But doing the correct thing, is NOT. Its very easy. Does it cost you money? Yes. Don’t like that? Well… When taking someone’s money is easy and you like that, giving it back should be easy too.
That’s not a word I would use to describe someone who is trying to protect a community ![]()

Um yeah not sure what you’re talking about but on the business side stuff. I do run a side hobby business and I stand by my product I’ve replaced parts I didn’t have to and given free things out to help people after the fact, it’s not something I rely on to feed my family but I do have obligations that it works as advertised. I also don’t take money until the product is in my hands

I don’t really know how to respond to this and @KaramQ’s comments. If you are OK with giving money to someone/company that has disrespected you as a consumer then go for it. This action is doing a disservice to to everyone else, but whatever, cheap gear right?
What you need to understand is that as a consumer, you have the power to regulate how vendors act. That power resides in the money you spend. Exercise that power, demand truth and fairness, or refuse to buy. I am a huge believer in second chances, but for forgiveness to be given it must first be asked for. At this point I don’t know what to believe about @jeffwuneo and I wont for a very long time.
We (@BillGordon, @DerelictRobot & myself) worked our asses off to put this info together. We did all this work even after being insulted in public by the vendor in question and users, including you.
That’s all good, no worries, this kind of work is not done for applause, its done because its the right thing to do. What bugs the crap out of me is after the work is done and the facts speak for themselves there are still people making excuses or trying to justify the actions of a person who disrespected you and all of us.
That’s behavior motivated out of a desire for cheap and shiny things, it’s selfish and you should maybe take a look at that.
I don’t say this to attack you, I say it so maybe you or even someone else will take a look at their own actions and see how they propagate incidents like this.
