That’s it. I designed and made a 3-axis one first, then ran some slightly modified loading conditions through the 5-axis method in Fusion 360 generative design to come up with this shape. I was chatting to John Saunders at Autodesk University last year and he offered to make it on his 5-axis machine.

Yup! All 3D printed haha (apart from the motor spur gear) . Still a prototype that I want to get eventually made from carbon fibre / aluminium / pom. Almost done 10 miles offroad now. I’m trying to go for a super light setup, so keeping it mega light is the end goal.
Some enablers sent me the last piece of my
Puzzle to lift-off today. The box had “teensy” written on it.
I thought they were mike beards pulleys. I told UPS to suck it, I’ll come to them in Chula Vista for the lacroix pulleys.
Pulleys don’t even matter at this point, janux or any serious RC hobby store Will have the spurs I need.
