Some people have some right dicks driving cars in their towns, in mine drivers smile, wave and / or give you a wide berth.
Well except that banged up Toyota minivan the other night, but I suspect he was drugged up and out looking for his next fix.

That wolfshark looks really good. Are you using epoxy to seal the frit on as well?
Thatās after a sealer coat of epoxy. I think now Iāll hit it with some sandpaper just lightly to kill off any super sharp edges, and then spray with a clear coat. But before I do clear coat, I wanna tart up the bottom of the deck too.
Not quite i think I need a lot more practice to be at that manās level.
I meant ā⦠muscle weightā
So whatās the steps for this bro, the same as doing carbon fabric skin?
White pigmented epoxy undercoat? (for Color pop)
Let it go off till tacky?
Lay on fabric, press onto tacky epoxy?
Let cure to hold fabric, then Topcoats of epoxy?
What fabric type - looks like synthetic - satin?
Looks mint
You nailed the process, but I didnāt use a basecoat. Definitely should have. And I wouldnāt stick fabric down to a tacky pigmented layer Iād let the base white fully cure, then apply a tack layer.
Also, I applied a layer of epoxy as soon as I layed it onto the tacky epoxy. I thought this would give me the best adhesion.
The fabric I used for the wolfshark is polyester. It was nice to work with. The R2D2 I used an old bedsheet which I assume was cotton. Not so nice to work with.
I am thinking as thin layers as possible from that point, just enough to wet the fabric, do you agree?
Less is best
Sweet.
Yup the landyachtz looks crisp!
Imagine the polyester fabric stays flatter and would have less fibres standing up and sticking out when you wet it out with epoxy.
Yep. The cotton tends to play funny buggers and you end up with a weird texture coming through. I kinda like it, but itās definitely not as crisp as the polyester
yeah dude, nice decks from our friends from poland.
I love that series and i am pretty curious about the merv.
Given the source you had to work with, this came out nicer than expected. Very cool.
