I did, the files have both bolting patterns now.
Jokers case is a variation of my design (my base his lid), he did a great job on it!

What would be against doing double helicon gears wouldnāt that be Easter to CNC with very little down side?

Probably if you have a custom hobbing gear cutter. In my case I started with dual helical but with just a 4th axis cnc it tooked way longer than classical herringbone.
Now I am killing myself with finding the right gear distance. All the formula I have found where not so accurate at the end in practice. So I am doing it experimentallyā¦ Why I started something like thatā¦ Why!
