Well I used the same rules as spur gears. I thought would be the same. No? Based on that they run too tight, so now I adding 0.5mm distance at the time until they spin as I like

Im learning this lesson myself as well. So many things that change from version trying to fix small problems. Having a problem with tolerances right now, and ive already gone through 2 prototypes

There are some formulas for it but cant remember it
Youll need to know the pressure angle,helix angle, module, tooth counts
