I’ve never seen trucks like those ones.
But the board looks nearly brand new and the deck is holed for the trucks so I would assume they are MBS trucks

The MBS Blade. Absolute classic right there. Circa 2000. Gen II deck. Super strong composite deck with vertical lam core. Super sick. All steel trucks. 9" tires. Heavy board, but that deck alone really is pretty sick.
