So, what’s the suggested torque?

I’m still working on that. Most of what I’ve found suggests around +- 10% 7Nm or 60 in-lb for m6 in aluminum for recommended, not max.
I torqued to 50 inch lbs (5.3 Nm) and it was about 50% more than i was previously doing by hand, and they hadn’t given me issues without Loctite. So far so good

How do you estimate the hand torque?

I repeated a few times. Tightening by hand and then was just estimating how much more I could tighten before the torque wrench would click. Effort 50%, it was about 1/16 turn or less
