Yes this is the same deck but the production model, old and new school trucks work on it now
and longer nose and tail.

The dimensions are 40" by 10"

9 plies of crosslayered Canadian maple.

Once these are done Bigben will receive one to make the enclosures.

Any idea what battery that enclosure would fit?

I will talk to Ben about the enclosure and what possibilities for size there are.

I hope to be able to fit atleast a 12S5P.

For that size I’d say comfortably 10s5p or 12s4p, based on similar decks.

ah well, I think 12s5p must be possible since we managed to make a single stack pack thats 19cm by 47cm with BMS.

Typically 40 inch drop decks fit about 50 cells plus vesc.

I will see what Ben says when he has one.

I think you could get away with a staggered stack enclosure and get 50+ cells. Especially if using pneumatic. (Probably urethane with risers too)

I tested the deck with Bergmeisters and those work like a charm, no wheelbite and nice fit.

still got to see how low it comes on thane.

I’d love to see somthing like this with 13 or 14 layers. Have about 5 cut out underneath for battery and then reinforced with carbon fiber…

guess a 12s6p won’t fit ? ;/

maybe a future project, first got to get these done.
Then the flatboard with droptrough for trucks.

And also still working on the foam core kevlar deck with built-in battery.
