Youāre missing the weather sealing gasket as well by the looks
I think the gasket is just squished down to the point that it does nothing
That could be. You donāt want to crank enclosure bolts, snug and blue loctite will hold.
400gsm biaxial fibreglass
200gsm UD CF
Soric XF3
And Swancor 901 epoxy vinyl ester resin
Itās 8 layers of biax fg and 4 layers of cf, with three core layers in between. Arranged like a club sandwich some of the cf layers are rotated 90degrees
those inserts lacroix uses use half their height for the hex socket. so they have much less threaded length on them. This means the tolerance for a bolt that both catches the thread and doesnāt push out the other side to split the deck is very very small. and those rubber washers they ship with break down and basically reduce spacing allowing the bolt to push out the back.
it doesnāt help that the bolts are very hard to get to the threads given the enclosures desire to pull everything away.

Anyhow. mine is splitting too.
Are these kegel cored hubs? And what hubs are they? Beautiful!
Thanks man! Theyāre the meepo cyclone racing wheels. They come with pulleys that are already mounted to the hubs.
Nice! They look like they have a kegel hole pattern as well. Do you know if they can use that option? Can we see the backside of them? Thanks man!
Unfortunately they donāt. But unless you want a different size pulley it shouldnāt be a problem.
Thanks
Going to refrain from commenting on the MassiveStator motors.
Two quick things I learned about my Cyclone rims from experience and others:
Even though it looks worse, reorient your tube stems to exit out the front of the rim. Turns air maintainence from an ordeal into a quick process.
Use a good amount of Blue level Loctite to secure your pulley bolts. I didnāt and they backed out on a ride.
Other than that, great rims/tires for me. Purple looks sweet!
Thats gonna be a beefy boi. Thanks
Blank is 1.2m x .4m and weighs 3.4 kg.
Will be about 2.5kg ish when trimmed to shape I think
Thats not so bad. But I was thinking beefy as in durable
damn looks like no compatibility with gear drives
So much space for valve stem
Works out really good tho, yet to shred one on 3Ds hubs. Man anyone else have PTSD from Berg hubs shredding valve stems?
First set Iāve seen in the wild. Was quite surprised to see them!
Good point. I def donāt wanna have to remove the wheel just to air it up. I was expecting someone to comment on the motors lol. I just recently learned about the drama.
They pretty tho
