I wouldnāt even be mad
What degree baseplates are you using on the century𤩠?
That plutonium is massive
That needs to be my century replacement mine feels so smol after riding the flux for 6 monthes solid
Anyone else have trouble with the batwing case being too tight with the guts in?
My batwing case is a little too tight, youāve gotta squish the guts down a bit for it to fit properly, and even so when fully bolted in one end or the other will pop out a smidge.
Bolted down:
My thumbwheel rubs against the edge of the case, it seems like that is what might be stopping it
Sand her down a bit and it should be golden.
Mine just barely rubs if I push in that tiny opening
How clean is the inside of that print?
Scale both halves of that bitch up but only in the z direction and call it a day?
101, 102% ish
I hate boards with topmount enclosures, but this is the first one I like
Agreedā¦Iām really impressed with how well the cells and electronics are hidden in the cans.
how many rotations? does a worn out tire get less balanced? do you even go fast on worn out rubber?
(idk)
not that I notice.
yes? depends on definition of fast. 30ishā¦
i usually expose them on track days.
when traveling on tires that are pretty worn i never break through them so⦠so I donāt tend to worryā¦
on track days⦠i know if Iām gonna break through and iām starting to be able to feel when.
by rotations I mean like you swap it front and back but you would only do that once⦠so I guess that question is dumb.
wear pattern makes it almost look like some amount of camber is present, would be cool to test that.
oh I stopped rotating. i do two new tires front or back. or one used tire from the previous new swap out.
yeah not sure⦠it does look a little off center this time but itās partially the shot⦠and the way it tore. I can feel them open up sometimes on a turn.
Itās a prototype, (version of which is being released for pre-orders soon). The picture is of the rig I am using to test the various layups.
