Amazing what tiny vibrations can do

Unless you did a big smash and crash

How did you notice? felt loose so you looked? or did I throw you off?

Wish I had those adapters when I was on my FRC team… Could have got so many pulleys for 0 dollars.

I think I have 2 36T ones maybe I should sell on here

Sadly there are only 42T and 60T options. Don’t think 60T on 110mm would be wise.

No crashes just daily riding.

It felt loose so I slowed down and then the board felt like it drifted, and threw me off. 2nd time in 4 weeks

Its actually a mash up of mine and his parts

We have too many parts.

3 boards running, 2 in the works.

Free hand eh? Clamping 2 boards to the outside edge of the deck makes for a nice straight guide fence if you need to clean it up.

i trized to but it kept coming loose because of vibrations

At least you tried, still looks great! I usually put 2 or 3 tiny framing nails in to keep it from moving extra.

High power led heatsink from amazon?

Just a generic heatsink that fits the CFOC2.

Where did you get it?

Can you feel that while riding?

Yes, some vibration at high speed. Always thought it’s the tire itself until I spun it naked.
Around 1mm runout on that sidewall thickness and the entire hub spins a bit of axis.
Pretty bad tolerances for a cnc machined part =\

Damn yeah looks like some cast shit… I wonder if you could fix that on a lathe without ruining it.
