Plus itās really satisfying to run the razor down the dried edge.
Yeah I understand that, what I usually do is after first layer of epoxy, before applying frit, wait it to cure, then cut of excess, and then continue with next layer and frit,
Problem with that is too much resin, too much time. My goal when doing this is to add as little weight to the board as possible. And to spend as little time as possible doing it
Full Send Electric. Is this an Australian division of Sender Skates?
@glyphiks thatās definitely a compliment to your skinning skills
But I donāt believe he is working w/ sender skates
Last time I checked a full send didnāt mean you shipped your board to Australia to be skinned. Lol
Haha no, Full Send is a company I started with a mate here a few months ago. Skinning is one of the services weāll be offering real soon.
Tim has definitely been an inspiration to me, and Iām grateful to be held in a similar esteem
Howād it get that bad? 0.7V is kinda concerning
Not who you were asking, but this happens to me with salvaged cells
Do you usually test and grade your salvage cells before using them?
Thereās not always an easy way to test cells, you can check the voltage when they come out of the salvage pack and use the ones that are closest voltage but that doesnāt always mean they will behave the same and not all low voltage cells are because of the cell
Any cells Iāve recovered I usually just cycle them 1-2 times and measure their capacity and internal resistance. Then can easily match them up into equivalent P groups, and any garbage cells stand out.
I have 3 salvage cell builds and theyāre all still holding pretty even, I guess mileage may vary.
I normally do, yes. Unfortunately Iām not the one who built this pack
Iām assuming a faulty bms and client wasnāt aware until it was that low and wouldnt charge to 100%. Actaully balanced out quite good. Itās been sitting for 2 weeks after balance. Waiting for client to provide maker-x so I can test if it stays balanced.
Knots is a Unit of Speed
Correct.
A unit of speed derived over time, however, is acceleration.
Yeah but why are we measuring something in nautical miles
Iām just here to nit pick, I donāt make the rules.
Both miles per hour and knots is a speed which is the number of units of distance that is covered for a certain amount of time.
