Try contacting Bryan Koehn on FB? Heā€™s the one who posted that and will probably know more or be the creator of that pack.

Damn, I was hoping it existed on a forum like ours. Nothing productive is discussed on Facebook

A private message might end up being quite productive. Keeps the riff-raff from barging in.

I like that idea too.

Last time I moved, I tried to convince my girlfriend that we could do this using an esk8 to move our mattresses instead of hiring a van. Unfortunately I was overruled and never got to test it out. Good to know Iā€™m not the only weirdo whos braing thinks moving a mattress on a skateboard is a great idea

2 skateboards and 2 people and it would have been fine Iā€™m sure. But when both ends of the mattress are dragging the groundā€¦

Dude, thatā€™s so cool! Canā€™t wait to see a build thread for this project. The gas cap electrical connection made me warm and fuzzy on the inside.

@Venom121212 I was trying to do it with a push button on/off but Iā€™m using a vesc 6+ and regular vesc 6. As far as I know push button only works with MKIII and newer. Nevertheless, Iā€™m glad you like the look of it too XD. Since I took those pictures Iā€™ve added a Bluetooth module and changed the batteries from 16ah at 12s to 20ah at 12s. All thatā€™s left to do is configure everything in the vesc tool and add the chain.

I probably wonā€™t do a build thread, just post pictures. I canā€™t take full credit for it - this is a rebuild of a project that previously worked until a variety of things failed catastrophically.

so how long since your accident? was it your back or front leg?

glad to hear you are getting to ride!!!

Thanks! Front leg. Itā€™s been 8 months, I was able to ride maybe two months ago, but I would have to get up on the board with both feet, then throttle as it was hard to kick off and get on the board with the weak front leg, Who knew riding mongo couldā€™ve been a good skill to have.
