Y’all planning on developing a rear bull bar like E-Toxx’s maybe? Personally for me that’s partly what’s keeping me from making the jump to these trucks but it’s not at all a deal breaker, just think it’d be nice too.

Either way, all thes parts are hot HOT.

Some sort of rear grab handle?

Might be a bit trickier as there are no holes that you could bolt it into but leave it with us…

Grab handle, motor guard-ish.

I love having my etoxx one because whenever I stand my board I know the weight will be on the bar if it came out it, no the motors or drives.
Fits nicely with the moo drives.

But, you say that. :eyes::eyes::eyes::sweat_drops:

Sorry, can’t find your other post about that wire break.
IMO the other two phase wires have also been exposed to whatever caused that metal fatigue in the broken wire.

You can see the bends in the other two phase wires at approximately the same location as the broken wire. I recommend stripping the other two wires to check for damage. It could help determine the cause. Whatever it was it seems to been done to all three wires and was quite strong. It takes a heck of a lot of bending to snap that wire.

I did post about it in my freesk8 Workshop thread.
I definitely will check the other phase wires as well. I want all phase wires to be the same length, so I need to cut them anyways.
Plan is to check even the other motor.
I don’t yet get why and how that happened as there was no stress on the phase wires at all.

Buuut those are 4years old motors and MTBing, so things like this can always happen.

Really gotta give it to ya, the fit and finish on here is exquisite.

All three were either subjected to the same vibration and/or were all passed over the same piece of metal that they slammed against millions of times, eventually fatiguing and braking the strands. IMO something was definitely hitting them (or they were hitting something) since you can see the bends in the wires and change in the surface finish of the insulation.

LOL…agreed! Time has a way of letting the weirdest things happen to our gear.

this reminds me of the first production G3 bajaboard remote, I still want to build something with this trigger - feels almost mil. spec

top bit for break bottom for accelerate, I loved this remote

@ducktaperules was working on something like that a while ago

when I ordered my Bajaboard it was after the failed kickerstarter they had a option on the pre-order for ‘separate control for front and rear’ it never happened but they must had has some confidence or prototype working before offering it - still intrigues me how a dual trigger 4wd would ride

This is dope, where can I learn more about it
