Canā€™t get a dog right now  In the meantime, I guess Iā€™ll continue to bring my camera with me and do more stops along the way.

A forward facing motor mount of this design is also in the works.
Still in the design phase is a Herringbone gear drive.

You left the board outside to get stolen? So confused

Iā€™m dealing with what I assume are wrongly sent shafts, maybe being v1 way too short to work, was your issue a like?

Holy shit. I want it.

Wait the motors look like this brand new? :flushed:
My shafts were flush but kept moving so it looked like yours.
I just realized my motors looked a bit different so yours might be not the same. Iā€™m talking about cheap motors (e.g. dickyho) with windings as phase wire.

Then a sensor wire ripped off

We were all eating outdoors and the restaurant let some of us bring our boards inside to charge while we ate. It got tight inside so I just took my battery in

Iā€™ve always wondered, how do those that leave their board outside not have it stolen? What is everyones security?

same! Iā€™m too scared to let mine out of my peripheral vision

I donā€™t leave my boards outside of restaurants but I have left my boards out of sight when I go to the beach and stops along bike paths, no one wants to steal a 40lbs board in my experience, hasnā€™t been a problem.

Well, mine are alien motors  so all together different issues.

I get that part.

But where was your board??? Outside being stolen?

Probably outside with his seated group, as he just stated.

Not everything is super scary in life.

Cool, helpful answer.

With added subtle personal insult.

Perfectly in-character for you. Try being nice for a change. Iā€™m not a bad person. I try to help.

Yeah we had put boards in a pile next to us in the streatery, mine was covered in 2 backpacks and 3 helmets

You just seemed very alarmed for his boards apparent safety. :joy:
