Printed carbon fiber. The friend sent his file to an aerospace company to get printed.

Looks like CF infused nylon to me, @NullBlox you got any idea?

The stuff just hammers your nozzle. The top plate looks waterjet cut for sure though, you can visibly see the change in pieces.

Thatā€™s why I was saying itā€™s probably sls or sla. You canā€™t really see layer lines or anything like that with those printing technologies
