Printed carbon fiber. The friend sent his file to an aerospace company to get printed.

The stuff just hammers your nozzle. The top plate looks waterjet cut for sure though, you can visibly see the change in pieces.

That’s why I was saying it’s probably sls or sla. You can’t really see layer lines or anything like that with those printing technologies
