Iāve only used bolt on for the 110s. Are the other ones more stable?

For me, definitely. Press-fits also donāt fuck up your cores, donāt come loose, and look better IMHO.

Yeah, bolt on pulleys are a thing of the past. Wheels experience such harsh vibrations that even blue threadlocker wonāt last. And itās nearly impossible to center them right. Pulleys with bearings are definitely worth the few extra $

Those are some of the bolt-on pulleys you can actually use a bearing with, and the bearing definitely keeps it centered. I donāt think the pins do by themselves.
