Funny you should ask, this is an old scooter (like the one I showed you in the other thread) I tried to convert into an esk8 before I knew you guys existed. It has a 24v 500W brushed motor and ran on 2 12v sla batteries.

I put an aliexpress 36v “lithium ion” battery in it and it went 50% faster and was actually somewhat fun. It has a big 12" real wheel and mtb trucks up front on a completely flat deck. Turns like a semi still. It’s a chain drive and I’m considering turning it into something like a snow esk8 using some cut down broken skis, a big rear tire, and my 3d printing skills.

The battery died and the speed controller was annoying that I couldn’t program things so I googled programmable speed controller and found out I was streets behind.

Bruh that some OG esk8 action did you get that of Craigslist. Cable throttle. I have a Revo esk8 I bought off eBay that sucker had SLA batteries and a DC motor. It still runs best downhill and brakes what brakes.
