Am I looking at a motor in mineral oil?
I think I heard / read for electronics you need the sulfur-less one specifically as its corrosive to (some) metals otherwise. ( I want to use mineral oil to cool a vesc 
)

Lol I need to separate the stator from all the rest and heatgun failed to turn the epoxy/enamel glue liquid enough (on top of making the stator and windings scorching hot)!
Yes youāre right, rewinding + Iāll grind some of the structure out of the alu part and add functional structure + bearing inside before Re assembly.
