so it’s not quite the good stuff-- 25mm X .2mm.

absolutely, HMU if you need some =)

Appears to still gave plenty of room to work with on 21700s

I’m also happy to part with my 30mm stuff if anyone’s in need, as I don’t mind using the 25mm for all my applications

Are running sensored?

Also what is the box?

Yep running sensored.

Box is this junction box

That seems like the worst possible FET to try to do that with.

That copper costs as much as the controller

Honestly, coating it with acrylic or something and submerging it in running water would probably cool it batter than that.

Unless surfnacho pays me to redistribute them, these are actually just my own stock

I know the guy who made the first in the picture and the last in the picture, both working up to 150A cont. Actually the first died because of water ingress and so the last one was build better than the first.
Fets are thermally bonded really good…directly soldered to the copper strips. But soldering was a real pain because everything was floating around.

If it’s stupid and it works then it ain’t stupid…

I don’t know what’s more impressive, the huge battery or the workmanship after that many tinnies!?
