I’ve found these to work very well to retract stubborn Wheel pulleys without Having to beat the crap out of them

Damn man, I gotta work on everything! One good thing about all these surgeries, I’ve lost more weight! Down to 226 but I bet the majority is my muscles going through atrophy

Do you have any wooden dowels roughly the diameter of the inner bearing race?
I have a chronic version of osteomyelitis ( infection of the bone) in my femur. And it decided to grow a shit ton and break it’s way out of my femur and get into my thigh.
Just recovering slowly right now!
