There are many experts here. You are one of them. Otherwise Dexter would not give you preproduction wheels to test.
I had three of four TB110 72As that were definitely unbalanced. However, like you, I could not detect vibrations on pavement up to 40kmh. They only vibrated on the table and smooth marble floors.

Ever heard of friends with benefits?

Nice one bro! Make sure you sand it well and seal the edges nicely.
How itchy is the fibreglass in those bastards!? Was it hard to cut with the handsaw?

LOL Jeff Wu or Jeff Anning? My Carbon GT deck had the same shit…

So once upon a time there was an Evolve board —
Ok so, I was going to change ONLY THE CELLS in the Carbon GT since
All it really needed to not suck complete ass – was new cells. Same BMS, same ESC, same motors, same drivetrain, same deck, because … welp, the board worked. Performance was terrible, but it did work. It functioned properly and didn’t suffer from the notorious “Evolve drop-out” problems. Aside from the cells …
I never mentioned it in the build thread but the exact same shit

It has fiberglass???
I did not even notice…
My eyes are all puffy today…
The hand saw was new so not too bad.
I put polyurethane on the edges. And then hit the whole deck with a couple coats of clear coat from a rattle can.

I had the same issue with my neo one deck and standard skate hardware. I tried m5 bolts and it fit perfect!

I am using M5 bolts, which I believe are a bit wider than standard skate hardware…
Lid snapping was my fault, although it doesn’t inspire confidence. Think I will sell this deck / use it for a kid build, and get something different myself.

How’d the lid snap? Maybe fiber glass the deck and lid?

Which motors are those? Enough torque with Bergs for a casual commuter board and some occasional sporty riding?

They are the latest Elofty 60kv motors. They have plenty of torque and speed, commuting and speed runs is how i ride. It’s up for sale in the complete section BTW
