Looking for a simple replacement that would not need a new electronics on the board. So far found the VX4 and that seems to be a good fit. Any input would be greatly appreciated. My current Eovan remote is missing the spring on the throttle control wheel so not sure I can find another spring or not.

Looking at this
The eovan uses some non-standard connectors so a VX4 won’t work out of the box.
If it’s really VESC6-based tho the wires should be the same you can cut the connectors off both sides and solder it together, or get a connector to match what comes with the vx4 and get to crimping.

Depends. If you have the gts carbon pro, you’re good to go. If you have the carbon super you’ll need to get a stock remote. The super’s esc is locked down. Even if you could solder the correct wires to a third party receiver, you won’t be able to program it.

It’s a GTS wood deck.
I am still trying to find a remote for this board. This is a first generation GTS with wood deck, trying to find a remote that I can use that would work with the existing HW or a complete kit to install (remote and receiver).
