Compression bandages work wonders. Ice and ibuprofen to help w inflamation. Also, once you’ve rested the injury for a wk or so get it moving again. Get some light bands and do some rehab exercises as below. Slow and steady to engage as many muscle fibres as possible.
Do these every other day for a few wks, continue w the compression bandage and you’ll be right as rain before too long. Avoid explosive movements and be very cautious walking to ensure you don’t injure it further.

This is really good advice, you a physical therapist or somethin? Ankles do sucks, and once youve rolled it its just easier to reinjure it again. Definitely not a bad idea to get an ankle brace with side supports that can easily be taken on and off to prevent rolling it again. Dont get the tsg ankle wraps, they are a major PITA to put on/off and dont really provide any lateral support

Nah… just a dude who has injured just about every joint on his body lol. Learned through trial an error and of course the internet.
