“Need money to make money” is so true at times. It takes a lot of time before a business actually can make a profit

LOL when I saw the old Apple commercial with Einstein, Gandhi, Martin Luther King, etc I double checked to see if the video was posted by someone taking the piss out of Jason. But no, of course it was all Jason. :stuck_out_tongue:

I am very glad it’s moving forward xnxanatorx. Just tagging @BluPenguin and @RobNO, in case they have some useful advice because I remember they had made some preliminary research at some point. I’m both excited and a bit concerned whether the sleeves will have a good lock on the hubs. I’ve pledged for a set regardless - I hope UK/EU shipping doesn’t bump the price too much.

I have about 30 or so pairs of outwheels. Some California made, some china made (chinas super soft wheel is pretty good but only for certain situations or they will likey fly off looking at the design.)

But honestly, Just find out how Ollin Popca’s formula is made - thats pretty much the best you could ask for for 90mm.

About 77-78A.

Ive done about 300km on my ollins - replaced my rspec front wheels (its 1mm cp wider) - Best change i have made besides Boa’s 90mm.

When i first got Abec 11 reflys they were too sticky - but smooth and speed loss. but 78A it’s the sweet spot

Don’t worry I’ve made sure the mold is a tad bit smaller for the wheels, since I’ve measured mine with a caliper the hub size is 69.50mm I’ve made sure that the mold OD is 69.45. I’m hoping that the wheel would be a tight fit. All else aside im looking at my damaged BMS it was just covered in burnt powder. Not sure but I’m going to order a replacement antispark switch to test a theory. A fellow member is willing to sell me the etray. I know I’m going to buy it from him. But I need to test some things out.

I’m currently reverse engineer this whole etray and put together a non enertion Etray. Found a local that deals with CNC.

Oh and an update xD I got my inner wheel lip in and will be able to cast it soon.

there’s going to be a couple prep work to do smoothing and sanding the printed part to get a good cast and such.

As you can see from these few images the lip fits perfectly and the inner axle pin will fit just fine

I’ve done smd soldering and made a few 2 layer pcb back when RadioShack was the go to shop. I might be able to design to come up with a replica.

So my tables a mess and im working on the inner lip just casted and waiting for it to cure. Ill post a few pictures also. Just cracked out the PU Resin 85A to test it out see if my dyes work so its sitting in the vacuum chamber. I’m using one of those mini oreo grab to go cups, and using the cap as a temp mold to see if the rubber is as advertised. Just waiting on my mold to be finished.

So the one that I held the inner lip is casted in resin. Also the one in the steel can is the PU rubber.
My enertion as you may know its out of commission atm got the Maker X Dual Retro coming in soon I hope. Thanks to one of the member here sold me on the Maker X so right now, I’m gonna stress test the PU disc that I just casted have to be 10-12 hour of full cure time. So I’m gonna do this the easy way Frisbee style with the nephews xD. Im going to see if it holds out really well.

Yeah, he comes “clean” and then realizes "hmmm, this video was nearly narcissistic enough…"

proceeds to liken himself to Steve Jobs, Ghandi and MLK :man_facepalming: :man_facepalming:t3:
